When you submit a track, we collect the information you provide in the form, such as artist name, contact name, email, track details, rights and registration details, and your agreements.
We may store basic technical info associated with a submission, such as IP address and browser user agent, for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
If you submit again using the same email address, we may prefill your artist and contact fields from your most recent submission to save you time. We do not automatically prefill your song fields.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to operate the station workflow, comply with law, respond to legal requests, or protect site security and safety.
We keep submission records as needed for station operations and rights verification. You can request removal based on the process described in the submission agreements.
We take reasonable measures to protect submission data. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid including sensitive information that is not requested by the form.
