IndieMusic.us helps independent artists submit music for possible inclusion on MARS, the Music Alliance Radio Station. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or airplay.
You keep ownership of your music. By submitting, you confirm you have the legal authority to share the track and grant permissions described in the submission form, including permissions from all rights holders.
If your track is selected, you grant MARS a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to stream or broadcast the track and to use short clips for promotion of MARS and IndieMusic.us, as described in the submission form agreements.
If your track is enrolled in Content ID or similar fingerprinting systems, you may need to whitelist MARS or otherwise resolve claims. We may decline or remove content if it creates a legal or platform policy risk.
You can request removal using the process described in the submission form. We will make reasonable efforts to stop using the track after the notice window.
IndieMusic.us and MARS are provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, selection, airplay, or specific audience outcomes.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, IndieMusic.us and MARS are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated terms.
If you need to reach the team about a submission or removal request, use the contact method provided on the site or inside your submission workflow.
